Weapons begin with one official instruction: Equip your weapon. Catch 1 Billion Ducks places that action first, before dog preparation and shooting. A weapon is therefore a required hunting state. Current walkthroughs add three useful comparison labels—Damage, Pellet Count, and Reload Speed—but neither the official page nor the available community material supplies a complete, stable weapon catalog.
Use this hub to equip a weapon, read the fields that exist in the current Beta build, and connect that choice to a complete hunt–grab–sell loop. Named Weapon List, Best Weapons, and Weapon Upgrades intents stay together here until there is enough current evidence to identify each item, explain where it comes from, compare its cost, and verify its effect.
Equip a weapon and confirm the state
Open the equipment interaction presented by the current build and choose an available weapon through its clearly labeled control. Confirm that the selection changed before leaving the panel. A highlighted slot, equipped marker, held model, or changed selection card can all serve as evidence; use whichever signal the live interface provides.
Close and reopen the panel once. If the same item remains selected, you have a useful baseline for the dog and hunting steps. If the first shot produces no response, return to this state before spending resources. A visible weapon model establishes the theme, but a persistent equipped state is the practical check.
The official description lists Left Click, Right Click, R, and E for PC, yet it does not map those inputs to actions. Current community footage visibly demonstrates a reload state and an E grab prompt after a duck is down. Follow the prompt in your server instead of assuming the remaining actions from shooter convention. The Controls guide separates the official key inventory from the dated walkthrough evidence.
Compare the fields shown in the current build
When more than one weapon is available, compare only fields displayed on both choices. Radex Tips’ current guide visibly groups Damage, Pellet Count, and Reload Speed as weapon concerns. Those labels give players a practical comparison frame without requiring an unsupported damage table.
Damage matters only when the current build explains or demonstrates its effect. Pellet Count can change how a shot behaves, but a label alone does not prove spread, range, or total damage. Reload Speed is easiest to connect to a visible reload delay. Read the current wording and avoid multiplying fields together into a formula the game never states.
For a first session, prioritize a weapon you can equip and understand. Complete one full loop before switching. A working baseline makes the next comparison meaningful because the dog state, target choice, and selling route can stay as consistent as the live game permits.
Use now
A weapon with a confirmed equipped state and visible fields you can read in the current panel.
Compare next
An alternative tested through the same preparation, target, grab, and selling sequence.
Leave unknown
Any rarity, price, range, damage formula, tier, or unlock condition absent from the current target-game UI.
Aim, fire, reload, and grab
Prepare the dog after equipping, move to a readable target, and use one prompted input at a time. If the weapon produces no result, first restore Roblox input focus, then confirm the equipped state and dog preparation. Pressing every listed key together makes it harder to tell which action opened a panel, fired, reloaded, or interacted.
When the current HUD shows reloading, let that state resolve before diagnosing the target or buying an upgrade. A reload delay is evidence that the weapon is cycling; it is not evidence for a permanent magazine size or a universal R mapping. If your server shows a dedicated reload prompt, that live prompt is the stronger instruction.
After a duck is down, current VendoPlus footage shows Press E to Grab. Follow the prompt your server displays and verify that the target state changes. Shooting and grabbing are separate demonstrated stages, so repeatedly firing at a downed target can leave the result outside the later selling step.
The Beginner Guide covers the whole first loop. This Weapons hub concentrates on the selection and execution decisions that happen before the result reaches Progression.
Decide whether an upgrade is worth buying
The official description confirms that players sell ducks and upgrade, but it does not say every upgrade belongs to a weapon. Treat a weapon upgrade as real only when the current interface identifies the target weapon, cost, requirement, and resulting field.
Apply one clearly labeled change, reopen the panel, and confirm that a value, level, description, or state changed. Repeat a comparable hunt before buying again. If the visible bottleneck was reload downtime, a current Reload Speed improvement is easier to evaluate than an unrelated-looking option. If the problem was dog preparation or selling, a weapon purchase may not address it.
Do not extrapolate a permanent percentage, damage curve, or best order from one run. The useful result is narrower: one current upgrade changed one visible field and helped—or did not help—the same step. The Upgrade Order guide explains how to compare that result with dog, selling, and Day-related choices.
If no weapon-specific upgrade appears, save the resource or choose another explicitly described improvement. The word “upgrade” in the official loop does not prove a weapon tree, loadout slots, merging, rarity, or attachment system.
Current weapon index status
No named weapon currently meets the publication gate for a separate detail page. A useful index entry needs a live name, selection or obtainment path, requirement, current effect, cost, and check date. A model in artwork or a thumbnail cannot fill those fields.
That does not make this hub empty. The equip state, current comparison labels, reload feedback, grab bridge, upgrade decision, and troubleshooting route are enough to answer how a player uses the weapon system today. Unsupported names and values are omitted instead of presented as a decorative list.
When a future source shows enough item-specific detail, the first step is to add it to a currently documented lookup here. A child page is justified only when it can help a player locate, obtain, compare, and use that weapon beyond repeating the hub.
Weapon troubleshooting
- The weapon will not equip: read the current requirement and confirm you are using the equipment control, not a nearby purchase or upgrade prompt.
- The weapon appears but firing does nothing: restore input focus, verify the equipped marker, then confirm dog preparation.
- Reloading interrupts the attempt: let the visible reload state finish and compare the current Reload Speed field before spending.
- A downed duck never reaches selling: follow the live post-target interaction; current footage demonstrates a separate grab prompt.
- An upgrade changed the wrong item: reopen the panel and verify both the selected target and the changed field.
- A guide publishes exact stats: require the correct Place ID

Weapons FAQ
What weapons are in Catch 1 Billion Ducks?
Weapons are confirmed, but no current source provides enough names, obtainment paths, costs, and effects for a complete list. This hub does not invent entries from artwork.
What is the best weapon?
There is no evidence-backed universal ranking. Start with a weapon you can equip, compare the current Damage, Pellet Count, and Reload Speed labels, and test one complete loop at a time.
Does R reload?
R is in the official PC input list, and reloading appears in a current walkthrough, but the public description does not map the key. Follow the current in-game prompt.
Are there weapon upgrades or loadout slots?
General upgrading is official. A weapon-specific tree and multiple loadout slots remain unconfirmed unless the current build labels them.
Radex Tips' current game-specific walkthrough supplies visual context for the weapon fields and upgrade decisions. Confirm every value and requirement in the live Beta build.
